Cuseum is an Inc. 5000-recognized B2B SaaS platform that helps museums, cultural institutions, and nonprofits drive engagement and revenue through digital tools. Their product was strong and demand was real, but their pipeline had a leak that had gone unpatched for nearly a decade.
The challenge
For eight years, Cuseum ran the same play: Meta ad campaigns drove qualified leads to a form, the form went into a queue, and someone on the sales team followed up when they could. The problem was that 'when they could' often meant hours later, sometimes days. By then, the prospect had moved on.
The company had tried adding SDRs, but each new hire came with ramp time, management overhead, and the same manual bottleneck. Over fifteen qualified leads slipped through every month, not because the product was wrong for them, but because nobody picked up the phone fast enough.
What we built
Alta Marea designed and shipped an AI-powered speed-to-lead system in two weeks. The system monitors incoming Meta ad form submissions in real time and triggers automated outreach within minutes of a lead arriving, not hours or the next business day.
An AI voice agent handles initial contact: it reaches out, qualifies the lead against Cuseum's criteria, answers first-pass questions, and books a demo directly on the sales team's calendar. The entire flow from form submission to booked meeting runs autonomously. No lead sits idle regardless of time of day or team bandwidth.
