What we built
Alta Marea built an AI-powered reservation management system in two weeks. The system connects directly to CaribeRelax's email inbox, automatically identifies and parses incoming reservation data, updates the master spreadsheet in real time, and sends formatted WhatsApp summaries to the right people, all without manual intervention.
Beyond the core automation, the system introduced reporting dashboards that gave leadership visibility into occupancy trends, booking velocity, and revenue by property. This was operational insight they never had when everything lived in a manually updated spreadsheet.
